1- A copy of the title deed “Tabu”

3- Issuance of a document of the current status of the property from the Tapu Directorate in which the property is located "Aktif Tapu".
4- A copy of the earthquake insurance or as it is called “Dask”.
5- The self-confirmation document
6- Pay the residence fees and show the evidence to the Directorate
7- The applicant's health insurance papers
8-4 personal photos within the biometric criteria
For children under the legal age of 18 years, a birth certificate or family statement stamped by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Consulate with approval from the Wali is required.
