From the beginning of this year until the end of last October, 2,705,175 properties were sold in Turkey.
According to the Ministry of Environment, Urban Development and Climate Change, last October alone witnessed the sale of 274,552 properties.

The residential apartments came in the first place in terms of the nature of the real estate that was sold, as it reached one million and 138 thousand and 848 residential properties.

As usual, Istanbul achieved the first place over the Turkish states in terms of the most sold properties in the real estate sector, with 329 thousand and 57 properties, followed by the Turkish capital, Ankara, with 169 thousand and 965 properties, then Izmir comes in third place with 137 thousand and 213 properties.
