Turkey's Industrial Sector Exports Hit a Record High in September
The Turkish economy records the second-largest economic growth among the countries of the Economic Cooperation Group and achieves a record number in the exports of the real estate sector
In light of the relentless attempts of the Turkish economy to recover since the beginning of this year after the economic downturn following the global Corona pandemic, Turkish exports in the fields of industry achieved a new record, with revenues of 139.3 billion dollars in the first 9 months of this year.
The growth rate from January to September reached 14.2% compared to last year, 2021.
Thus, the industrial sector will be at the forefront in terms of the percentage of total Turkish exports by 82.5% in that period.
And the Turkish Statistics Authority announced at the end of last August that the growth rate of the Turkish economy in the second quarter of 2022 was only 7.6%.
Thus, it ranks second most significant in growth among the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries, and the Group of Twenty during that period.
In the Turkish industrial sector, Germany ranked first among the countries importing its products, followed by Italy and then the Netherlands.
